Due to the handcrafted nature and personal hygiene standards of our products, all sales are final. For the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any product. We encourage you to review the full ingredient list for any known allergies before purchasing. If your order arrives damaged or if there is a mistake with your order, please contact us at Voncilecreations@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right.

All Packages are packed with the greatest of care. We use USPS or UPS for all our shipments. Except during the holidays, orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 days. Each order will receive tracking information to allow you to track your package's estimated arrival date.
